HerLibrary — Terms of Service Effective Date: March 10, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the HerLibrary website or placing any order. By accessing or purchasing from HerLibrary, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. About HerLibrary HerLibrary is an online bookstore operated by two co-founders offering curated eBook collections at discounted prices. All purchases are delivered digitally via email. We do not ship physical products or maintain retail locations.
2. Eligibility By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Pricing All prices displayed on HerLibrary are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you authorize HerLibrary to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
5. Digital Delivery All eBooks are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. HerLibrary is not responsible for undelivered eBooks due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will resend your order promptly.
6. Refunds Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final once an eBook has been delivered. If you did not receive your eBook or received an incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where delivery cannot be confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the HerLibrary website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of HerLibrary and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. eBook titles and content remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Purchased eBooks are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
8. Privacy Your use of HerLibrary is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerLibrary and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
